Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operating the company's mainstream overseas B2B social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and supporting the operation of industry-specific platforms.
  • Content planning should focus on building a professional, reliable, and effective brand image rather than direct sales.
  • Use social media content to attract and identify inquiries and interactions from potential B2B customers (such as purchasing managers, business owners, and engineers).
  • Utilize social media advertising tools for targeted lead generation, targeting users in specific industries, company sizes, and positions.
  • Effectively direct social media traffic to the company's official website, product catalog, or independent website, and track conversion rates.
  • Proactively join and participate in relevant industry groups and communities, connecting with industry influencers and potential customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments and private messages across all platforms, seamlessly channeling high-quality inquiries to the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data and provide regular operational reports.


Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in social media operations within the B2B foreign trade industry, with experience in stainless steel pipe preferred.
  • A basic understanding of stainless steel materials, manufacturing processes, or foreign trade procedures, or a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn.
  • Excellent written English skills, enabling you to craft professional and authentic English posts, articles, and advertising copy
  • Possess a B2B marketing mindset and understand how to build trust and demonstrate professionalism through content.
  • Ability to plan and direct the production of images, infographics, and short promotional videos that appeal to international audiences.
  • Proficient in operating LinkedIn and Facebook business pages and ad management systems.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, enabling you to track social media traffic.
  • Basic data analysis skills, enabling you to use data to optimize content strategies and advertising.
  • Ability to adapt to time differences with overseas markets and maintain timely posting and interaction.
